Senior Manager - Plant Accounts

The Senior Manager of Plant Accounts is a critical role based in Nalagarh, requiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory), with an additional CMA being preferred.

The position demands 2-5 years of experience in plant accounting or a similar financial role within FMCG or Pharma Industries.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, as well as a proven track record in managing financial operations, budgeting, cost control, and statutory audits.

In this role, the Senior Manager will oversee key financial operations at the plant, including budgeting (Opex & Capex), financial reporting, inventory management, working capital control, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role is essential for optimizing the plants financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving profitability while ensuring accurate financial management.

Candidates should have excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills, and be proficient in accounting software, MS Office Suite, and SAP.

The position also requires flexibility for extended working hours based on business needs.
