Plant Finance Head - Manufacturing Firm (12-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Daily updates of Production/Sales/Stock/Debtors by way of Dashboard to Plant Head/CFO and CEO
- Preparing of Monthly MIS, Budgets, Rolling forecasting, KPI reporting, Financials as per Schedule II after due ledger scrutiny
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecasts Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; -study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Mentoring the AP and AR team and ensuring timely collection and payment of dues to optimize working capital
- ERP: Coordinating Implementation of PP module through Oracle Net suite consultant Ensuring reports through ERP by optimizing transaction level data capturing.
- Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Identify and drive SOP and process improvements
- Maintain strong relationship across functions to ensure good support system and timely actions to sales, R&D, logistics, supply chain, production to resolve issues, if any
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Macros to built in, data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
- Ensuring completing of Timely Statutory, Internal, tax and cost audit
- Ensuring monitory of Inventory levels to ensure optimum levels
- Ensuring monitoring of Debtor days to have Nil Over dues and timely collection of dues
- Mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified CA
- Have 12-20 years of experience in a reputed manufacturing organization
- Led plant finance function
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Self-motivated, results driven and organized
- Highly accountable and independent thinker
- Excellent networking skills
- Strong coaching and people leadership abilities
- Ability to influence and Impact
