Plant Finance Head

We are hiring for Plant Finance Head (AGM/DGM level) for a leading company and the candidate will overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the plant's financial health.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.

- Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization and profitability.

- Financial Reporting: Generate accurate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control processes.

- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, ensuring timely payments, receivables, and working capital management.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

- Capital Expenditures: Evaluate and track investments in plant equipment, infrastructure, and capital projects.

- Cost Optimization: Implement cost-reduction strategies to improve plant profitability.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient operations and development of finance staff.
