Plant Finance Controller - CA - Manufacturing (14-20 yrs)
Purpose of this Position:
- This role is responsible for the team leader of the F&A function in the Organization for one of the product Division.
- As a key member of the team, responsible for achieving company goals and objectives and would be responsible for planning, implementing
- Managing and controlling all accounting & auditing activities of the company.
- This will include direct responsibility for accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, asset management, compliance, Pricing support, implementation of costing systems etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of financials having multiple units & subsidiaries.
- Product costing and developing a costing system for each product.
- Preparation and review of monthly business MIS and control the divisions expenses in coordination all related functions like Production, marketing, supply chain etc.,
- Preparing and finalization of quarterly results as per listing clause and handling their audit
- Preparation of various periodical MIS for the Company, Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts
- Responsible for completing audit both internal, statutory and extending support for the same.
- Evaluation of capex proposals, pay back, IRR etc., and advice Management
- Monitoring the Working Capital of the Company, preparation of CMA data, Capex proposals to Bank., Preparation of CMA and related information for the banks to raise necessary debt i.e working capital, Term Loans etc.,
- Financial Planning, Fund and Cash Flow Management
- Provides financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets, forecast and advice to management; Preparation of budgets & projected financials in consultation with business team.
- Improvement in Processes and internal Controls, Oversee the ERP system and improving the internal control systems., Accounts Receivables and Payables management.
UNIQUE ACCOUNTABILITY
- Accountable for proper accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, asset management, compliance, pricing support implementation of costing systems for each product
- Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum Age : 40 Yrs
Minimum Qualification : CA / ICWA
Minimum Exp. : CA /ICWA with 10 years (post qualification)
- Hands on experience on consolidation of financials having multiple units & subsidiaries.
- Complete understanding of product costing and developing a costing system for each product.
- Business Knowledge, Personal Credibility, Execution Excellence, Service Orientation, Strategic Thinking & Alignment, Change Orientation, Net
- Working Business knowledge, F&A sub functions, Talent Management, Training & Development, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Customs,
- Team Leader, Strategic Thinker etc.Technical/Functional: Entire gamut of Finance and Accounts
