Job Description:

- Overall responsibility of Plant P&L and tracking performance vs annual plans, budgets/forecasts.

- Maintain batch wise costing for all products / SKUs in AX, reporting of actual costs and ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.

- Understand key cost drivers including RM/PM s or conversion costs and providing insights to FBP regarding major cost deviations at SKU/department level.

- Seek cost improvements by prioritising opportunities and reviewing progress.

- Develop and control capital investment plans. Work with business on future expansion plans and lead finance partnering in growth.

- Champion audit and compliance, ensuring control and visibility of assets and liabilities.

- Optimum product costs and working capital management, benchmark across companies and implement best in class practices and solutions.

- Drive the Budgeting and forecast process optimally including inventory tracking and logistic costs.
