Plant Factory Head - Lithium Chemical & Zinc Metal

- The candidate should be Chemical Engineer experience in Plant Operations, Process development, Process Scale-up, Process Improvement, Cost Reduction and Team Management in Chemical Industries or Mental Extraction Industries.

- Day-to-day operation management.

- Process Improvement and Cost Reduction

- Coordination with the other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production 4. Responsible for IMS implementation.

- Background in Extraction of Metal by Hydrometallurgy and Pyro metallurgy route.

- Work with Plant support team, Control room Supervisors for trouble shooting of the process issues

- Critical Parameters Monitoring on daily, weekly, monthly and long term data trend analysis

- Implementation of the ideas generated along with Plant support team by discussion with the different departments and convincing management.

- Lead multiple production lines
