Plant Director - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB

- Plant Director - FMCG / FMCD - BE / BTech + MBA (Premier B School) with 13+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Quality / Process / Innovation / Plant Management.

- Build a strategic vision for one's plant and boost, develop and improve its performance, to achieve the Division's objectives in line with the Group's industrial policy, to serve one's customers.

- Responsible for the safety of people and property. Make sure the HSE, Quality and EOS management systems are applied and are effective by running the site's steering committees

- Responsible for Plant profitability, Machine availability, Manpower utilization, reduction of Wastages & 100% product compliance and opportunity for continuous improvements.

- Maintain the plant, facilitating continuous quality improvement, Complaint investigation, and its closure. Ensuring efficient operation & maintenance of utility department

- Drive the cost reduction initiatives for Fixed & Variable overheads, Labor and Material to mitigate the inflation.

- Managing the technical activity & handling personnel including unionized entities, govt. officials, Regulatory auditors, and pollution control personnel.

- Imparting training to manufacturing personnel for regulatory systems, data integrity systems, technical skills development, leadership skills development, morale uplifting, communication skills & matrix work culture.

- Establishing, implementing & maintaining the personal developmental plan for all key talents; monitoring, training & evaluating various personnel.

- Inventory Control, Vendor development, Spare management.
