Plant Controller - Finance - Auto

We are looking for Plant Controller for the plant- Shirwal (Pune) location -Female candidate only.

Qualification- ICWA/CA/MBA (Finance)

Job Description -

- Measuring financial & operational performance viz. financial ratios, trend analysis, key performance indicators and forming detailed budget, forecast & estimates.

- Drive the profitability growth by providing analysis of results and identifying & tracking key drivers while advising the Management team on risks & opportunities, as well as recommending actions

- Plant controlling - Variance, Cost reduction and controlling

- Variance analysis and controlling plant performance

- Inventory control and Analysis

- Annual Budgeting & Monthly forecasting to Management

- Capital budgeting and CER justification and follow-up

- Handle costing related issues for new projects

- Business Analysis of Plant - Productivity, Gap Analysis for variance, WIP Ageing Analysis.

- Supporting Business Unit with necessary Financial information/Support- Timely closure of Open Factory order
