Our client is an established player in the packaging industry. With a rich legacy of around 80 years, the company is listed on the National Stock Exchange. The company has manufacturing facilities across India and has a clientele of leading FMCG companies in India.

Description

As the Plant Controller, you would be reporting to the Plant Head. Your primary responsibilities would include:

1. Managing plant accounting functions, including corporate accounting, statutory audit, receivables, payables, etc.

2. Budgeting, forecasting, costing and variance analysis

3. Conduct feasibility analysis to prepare a make-or-buy decision matrix

4. Working capital management

5. Experience in the area of payables and have a knowledge of an advanced ERP system, preferably Oracle

6. Mentoring and guiding a team of 7-8 people

Profile

As a successful candidate, you are a CA with 5-10 years of post qualification experience. You are currently working in a manufacturing organization and are well equipped with plant controlling functions.

While female candidates are preferred, we are open to male candidates as well.
