Plant Controller - CA - Packaging

Purpose of the role :

- The role is a key player within the finance function. As the finance business partner for one of the key manufacturing units in India, this role will need to manage teams, work cross functionally and engage with leadership.

- The primary purpose of the role is to deliver strong financial accounting and management reporting for all the plant related activities.

- Working closely with the plant head, this role will also ensure that there is a strong financial basis for operational decisions. The Plant Controller will also own the costing function completely delivering timely budgets and forecasts.

Ideal Candidate :

- As an ideal candidate you are a Chartered Accountant with more than 8 years of post qualification experience. You have worked in manufacturing set ups and partnered with top talent in an operations set up.

- You possess excellent communication skills, thorough technical competence and an eye for detail.
