Plant Accountant - Product Costing

Expert in Following areas to apply:

1. Costing in detail

2. Pricing

3. Team handling of approx 2 to 3 employees

4. Inventory management and valuation

5. Plant operation, Plant MIS, Plant process , Plant SOP

6. Must be able to handle Plant Audits

7. Fixed assets Accounting & Tracking ( CAPEX)

8. Turnover of the existing company should be above 300 crores

Job Responsibilities :

- Plant Accounting operations

- Bill booking monitoring

- Prior team handling experience of 3 to 4 people

- Well versed with TDS and GST

- Should have created a product costing system

- Lead Cost Audit

- Handle key stakeholders like Plant Head, Marketing, Auditors and plant team

- Creating product pricing mechanism

- Other involvement like new projects, break even analysis, overhead calculations,

- Plant level financial projections

- Fixed Asset Accounting and tracking (Capex)

- Inventory management and control

- Plant MIS

- Formulating Operational related SOPs

Knowledge/Skills :

- ERP Knowledge is must.

- Strong in costing

- Strong analytical skills and creative in problem solving skills

- Strong learning aptitude

Qualification : ICWA

Work experience:

- Total experience - At least 7-8 years

- Relevant experience - At least 5 years working in costing

- Proven track record of successful handling cost audit
