Job Description - Excellent opportunity to work with an FMCG company in a pivotal role as a Planning Head.

Client Details

Our client is a leading global FMCG company in the personal care space. They have a diverse product offering and are recognised as the pioneers in the segment they operate in. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Planning Head, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for -

- Managing and implementing the demand & supply planning function across product categories for PAN India operations

- Working closely with all the functions to ensure operational efficiency including production, distribution efficiency

- Responsible for long term capacity planning as well as other strategic planning decisions in the company

- Managing a team of individuals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organisation

Profile

You will be an MBA- Premier Bschool with at least 10 years of experience in planning ideally in the FMCG/Pharma industry. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach towards his/her work.
