- Preparation and analysis of Store-wise PNLs on Monthly basis

- Menu Mix Analysis / Deal Analysis / Raw material rate change impact

- Category-wise Margin & Cost of good sold analysis

- Food & Beverage Inventory & Cost Management

- Activation / Deactivation of Deals in Sales software

- Recipe Management

- Decision support to Brand teams

- Monthly and Quartertly management deck preparation for business review

- Preparation & analysis of Sale MIS (Daily, Weekly , Monthly)

- AOP preparation and Sales forecasting
