Accountabilities 1. Prepare and track detail Construction programme preparation in MSP, Excel as per contract / internal control. 2. Coordination with site team and HQ for project planning , reporting etc. 3. Preparation of Method statement ,materials requirement, client bill, sub contractor bill. 4. MIS / MPR /and PPT & other report as per contract / internally system. 5. Arranging monthly, weekly meeting internally and client and preparation of status 6. Preparation of RFQ and arrangement of resources / sub contractor timely . 7. Assisting PM to monitor physical and financial progress and corrective action . Preparation of pre start/ post award control estimate of projects. 8. Assign planning team towards project objectives 9. Keep track of Reconciliation of materials and wastage control/ re work 10. Keep track and lead project team to prepare for compliance of internal/ ISO/ external system 11. Coordination of design team for drawings issue etc. Required Competencies: 1. Exposure require in Bridge/Metro structure component : foundation like well/ pile foundation, Pre cast prestressed concrete in segment, I girder, cable stressed bridge / extradose bridge etc. 2. Experience in pile/well/pre cast and Launching etc. 3. Knowledge in contract administration like EOT / delay / claim / client corresponding etc. 4. Soft skill : working knowledge in Excel &amp; MSP and knowledge in MS office 5. Should have good English communication and written skill and team building effort. 6. Knowledge in Risk review and Risk management. 7. Knowledge in Quality assurance and project safety requirement 8. Knowledge of resources and productivity
