Location - Gurgaon(work from home as of now)

Exp: 6 - 7 Years 

Working days - 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities :

1) Lead CS initiatives for an entire region (Domestic, ME, and USA Canada)

2) Leading a team of account managers.

3) Experience to promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image and promoting value through customer experience

4) Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company

5) Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward

Job Specification:

1) Team Handling for 2 years is mandatory

2) Excellent excel reporting knowledge

3) Should be open to work in an individual role for few months

4) Good exposure in customer success
