Mission Statement for the Role

Generate relevant and cost effective leads through affiliate partnerships in India and International locations (US, Canada, Middle East)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week at a Series A startup

- Demonstrated experience in building affiliate partnerships for digital brands internationally

- A very strong network of affiliates is a MUST HAVE

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager for Affiliate marketing will lead the affiliate network of partners to get more leads for the company. This is a global role in which you would be doing affiliate partnerships for multiple regions to help drive growth at PlanetSpark.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate partner identification

- Identify affiliate partners that will be suitable for the target audience

- Find the best fit for local partners in US, Canada and the Middle East

- Partner with them on clear performance metrics such as Cost Per Conversion (Sale) or Cost Per Lead

Onboarding and Account Management of Partners:

- Ensure and smooth onboarding of affiliate partners

- Have periodic connects with the partners to review performance

- Ensure timely payouts and reconciliations

Campaign Management

- Design KPI driven campaigns with affiliate partners

- Work with the creative teams to get the right messaging for the campaigns

- Track and manage the performance of campaigns

Conversion and Analysis

- Set landing pages for partners to drive greater conversion

- Build cohorts and review campaign performance by tracking key KPIs such as CPL, Cost Per Sale and ROI

- Build actionable insights to review progress and compare with performance marketing campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-8 years of proven experience at Affiliate Marketing roles for a digital brand or an agency

- A strong personal network of affiliates

- A strong exposure and understanding of international affiliate networks

- Strong analytical ability

- A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset

- A keen desire to drive the affiliate partner network for a fast-growing Series A funded early-stage startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up affiliate growth and shape it independently like a Founder
