PlanetSpark - Senior Manager - International Sales (4-8 yrs)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to work on international shift timings (Australia OR Middle East OR US-Canada)
- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon (post the pandemic)
- 3 to 8 years of Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in a b2c Startup)
- Past edtech sales experience is highly valued
Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:
The Sr Manager International Sales will be a custodian for revenue generation in the team to lead the international expansion of the company.
Revenue Generation:
- Deliver revenue by selling PlanetSpark live online classes and to set up a high
- Set up & Lead a team of 10-15 b2c sales executives (counselors)
Team Culture and Performance :
- Motivate, Lead & work with the team to achieve the revenue targets
- Build a high-performance culture
Sales Insights and Coaching :
- Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution
- Mentor and coach team members and help them achieve their numbers and career goals
