Senior Manager HRBP
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partnering non sales functions and would be handling end to end employee lifecycle for non sales employees
- Handling employee engagement, performance management, capability & retention.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
What Are We Looking For?
- Worked in Series B level plus startup
- 6-8 years of work experience in HR roles in a startup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality and work ethics
