PlanetSpark - Senior Manager - Customer Success (4-10 yrs)
Eligibility Criteria :
- Willing to work 6 days a week at a Series A startup
- Should be comfortable with the US / UAE Shifts.
- A stellar co-curricular record
- Based out of Gurgaon or South Delhi or relocatable to these areas
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement :
1) Lead CS initiatives for an entire region
2) Leading a team of account managers.
3) Manage a big number of accounts of customers (parents)
3) Promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
4) Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
5) Implements initiatives/strategies to improve the entire customer life cycle from onboarding to retention and work around metrics like NPS, churn rate, etc.
6) Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the customers and employees to work towards
