Responsibilities :

1. MIS preparation :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into the business's performance.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in MIS reporting. Regularly update stakeholders on important MIS findings and trends

2. Investment Decks :

- Collaborate with the executive team and co-founders to create compelling investment decks and presentations for potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.

- Conduct research and analysis to support investment proposals and business expansion plans.

3. Business Analysis :

- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify areas for improvement, growth opportunities, and cost-saving strategies. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

4. Forecasting:

- Develop accurate and data-driven financial forecasts to guide the company's strategic planning and budgeting processes. Monitor actual financial performance against forecasts and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

5. Co-Founder Collaboration:

- Work closely with the co-founders to align business strategies and financial goals. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support co-founders' decision-making processes.

6. Fundraising Assistance :

- Assist in fundraising efforts, including investor outreach, pitch preparation, and due diligence support. Collaborate with co-founders to develop a compelling fundraising strategy.

7. Data Management :

- Maintain data repositories and ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes

What are we looking for ?

1. Bachelor's degree in any field from Tier 1 College

2. 2-3 years of relevant experience (Prior Investment Banking or Big4 experience preferred)

3. Solid knowledge of MS excel, data entry and mapping

4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

5. Good working knowledge of MIS tools

6. Strong Communication skills
