Location - Gurgaon (work from home as of now)

Working days - 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities :

1) Lead CS initiatives for an entire region (USA/India/ME)

2) Leading a team of account managers.

3) Experience to promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image and promoting value through customer experience

4) Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs

5) Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives

6) Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company

7) Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward

Job specification :

1) Candidates from consumer tech companies will be preferred

2) Candidates should be Delhi NCR based

3) Candidates with experience in Account Management/Client Servicing/Client Management experience should only apply.

4) Prior team handling experience is mandatory (min of 2 years)

5) Candidates with sales experience will not be considered
