Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build everything from scratch

- Exceptional Public Speaking skills with demonstrated experience in Public Speaking at credible forums or any creative arts related to Public Speaking such as theatre, hosting, YouTubing, Radio Jockeying, Stand-up Comedy etc.

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Living in or relocatable to Gurgaon or South Delhi

What is our philosophy around building the Public Speaking team?

We are looking an ensemble of creative professionals from different walks of Public Speaking, such as debating, theatre, hosting, YouTubing, Radio Jockeying, Stand-up Comedy and other art forms with a passion for coaching and empowering others with a similar skill set. This group of exceptional Public Speakers will brainstorm, give feedback and co-create the world's best Public Speaking programme and enrich each other and thousands of kids in this journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Curriculum Development Manager for Public Speaking is the custodian for bringing the curriculum to life. This is an opportunity to build a global Public Speaking company for kids to shape the future of next generation of confident speakers. This is a high accountability and high impact role.

This role will also have team accountability. However, the incumbent should be very hands on and be deeply involved in content development for 80% of the time.

Pedagogy and Research:

- Research and implement pedagogical changes to ensure activity-based engaging learning experiences for the children

- Create frameworks for enhanced learning experience of the child through different means such as lessons, activities, projects, contests and portfolios

Content Development / Improvement:

- Design and develop lesson plans for a specific set of topics in a specific age group

- Develop facilitation guides for teachers

- Develop rubrics for each topic

- Develop formative and summative assessments

Team Mentorship:

- Mentor a team of associates and develop them into curriculum developers

- Take accountability of quality, timely delivery and project management

Observation and Refinement:

- Observe class recordings on the topics on which the curriculum has been developed

- Refine the curriculum based on class observation

Projects : 

- Design project-based learning to help kids learn through projects and demonstrate expertise
