PlanetSpark - Manager - Content Marketing - Live Videos (2-5 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

- Excellent presentation skills

- Excellent execution ability with proven experience in running live webinars or sessions

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

The Content Marketing Manager (live content) would lead the live video content at PlanetSpark and help the company build a strong community and develop a strong brand.

Outcomes Expected

1. Live Workshop conceptualization

- Identify top themes on Public Speaking and Creative Writing for kids

- Create a weekly calendar of events, with 4 workshops per day

2. Host sourcing

- Identify experts who can take the live workshops

- Onboard and train the hosts

- Track and monitor their progress and quality

- Build a pool of guest sessions on special days

3. Operations of live sessions

- Own up the operationalization of the workshops on PlanetSpark's platform, youtube live, facebook live, instagram live etc.

- Ensure on time delivery of lessons and smooth participation by kids

4. Building traction

- Think of ways to build traction on the live shows

- Collaborate with other brands to popularize the workshops

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2-5 years of experience in live online content such as webinars, youtube etc

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Highly creative bent of mind

- A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset
