PlanetSpark - Manager - Business Development/Growth (6-13 yrs)
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue growth for the company through getting sales conversions while leading a team of B2C Sales associates.
- You will get to lead a team of 7-10 associates and your team will be responsible for selling PlanetSpark subscriptions amounting to 30-45L a month.
- You will provide a vision to your team members and drive sales conversions while keeping an eye on their overall career growth and happiness.
- You will conduct team meetings and evaluations along with training sessions to inspire your team and improve its performance.
