Are you excited about leveraging your HR experience in creating and leading the end to end people agenda for a Startup? This could be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for people with 4+ years of HR experience across HR Business Partnering or Expertise roles to join us at an early stage and build the entire HR function from scratch!
Ideal Profile:
- 4+ years of HR experience (preferably in an MNC)
- Post Graduation in HR from a Tier 1/2 Campus i.e. XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, IMT etc
Roles and Responsibilities :
Engagement:
- Lead the engagement agenda of the organization
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch
Induction:
- Design and deploy employee induction process for new campus hires
- Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new campus hire induction
Talent & Performance Management:
- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place
- End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit
Capability Building:
- Design, Deploy and Anchor the capability agenda for the sales workforce
