Overall Mission:

Increase lead conversion rate for the company

Roles and Responsibilities:

The EIR would be the sole owner of the lead conversion funnel for the company. This involves a lot of ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and first principle thinking. The role would involve working closely with the founders.

We are looking for hands on rockstars who can help us scale the business even further to new cities, new business segments and create new and innovative solutions for the customers and the industry. We are looking for people who have an independent mind, question the status quo, push the limits and have the drive to create new businesses from scratch.

The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, giving you exposure to various aspects of the business. You'll be expected to handle work across Sales, Ops, Marketing, Alliances etc. If you expect a clearly laid out JD with KRAs and what not, this is clearly not for you.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week at a Series B startup

- MBA from a tier-1 B-school

- Exceptional analytical ability, systems thinking and ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
