Eligibility Criteria :
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch
- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
- Experience in Building Communities and driving engagement initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities/Mission Statement : The Teacher Community Manager would be the sole custodian of all teacher engagement activities to drive and engage the ever-growing community of teachers at PlanetSpark.
Outcomes Expected :
1. Community Engagement Events
- Conduct need-gap analysis and plan online events for the teachers
- Create the monthly event calendar
- Host events and drive participation
2. Rewards and Recognition
- Create a Reward and Recognition Programme for teachers
- Conduct recognition events
3. Teacher Profiles and Videos
- Create professional profiles for all teachers
- Get professional videos of teachers created
4. Teacher Communication
- Own all communication to be sent to teachers
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- 2-5 years of experience in community management or any people engagement role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly creative bent of mind
- A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset
