PlanetSpark - Community Manager (1-4 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

The Community Manager would be the sole custodian of all community engagement activities to drive and engage the ever-growing community of students at PlanetSpark

Outcomes Expected

1. Online Event Organization

- Conceptualize and ideate engagement events for students such as online debates, story-telling, stand up comedy etc

- Create the monthly activity calendar

- Drive participation from maximum students

2. Drive Online Student Clubs

- Conceptualize and create student clubs such as debating club

- Work with club-leads to formulate the agenda

- Drie student participation in the clubs

3. Conduct online workshops and webinars

- Ideate online webinars and workshops for students

- Find guest teachers for the workshops

- Drive participation and engagement in the workshops

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 1-4 years of experience in community management or any people engagement role

- A stellar extra-curricular record in graduation/post graduation. Experience in debating, theatre and positions or responsibilities in fest organization would be a big plus

- Highly creative bent of mind

- A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Community Management and shape it independently like a Founder
