Help the founders get stuff done

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

The chief of staff is a role without a JD - it is like the front row seat to the Co-Founder's office. One day, you would be creating a strategic deck for VCs and on another day, you might be on a call hustling to get a new vendor onboarded.

The role of the Chief of Staff is ideal for young, energetic, and ambitious mini entrepreneurs who plan to either start their own ventures in the future or grow as a leader in a unicorn startup. It gives a 360-degree view of the organization and a close view into the life and challenges of an entrepreneur.

Some indicative challenges that you would work on:

- Coordinating with the leadership team on key projects and initiatives

- Driving key initiatives and special projects for the founders

- Creating dashboards and scorecards to help the founders take strategic decisions

- Building presentation decks for investors

- Interviewing top talents for key roles

In short, you will help the founders get stuff done.

What are We Looking For?

- MBA from a tier-1 bschool (IIMs /ISB/ XLRI/ FMS) or B Tech from a top institute (IITs /BITS/ NSIT)

- 4 to 7 years of work experience at a fast-growing consumer internet startup

- An independent problem solver who can work with in a highly unstructured environment

- A hustler who can get things done

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

What would be your career path?

Chief of Staff is a launchpad that gives you a complete view on the business. After spending around 18 months in the role, you will be groomed to take up a senior leadership role in the company based on your skills and interest. This would not only mean that you will be much better prepared for a leadership role, but also mean that you will get there faster.
