Mission Statement

Generate 70% of the leads on the platform organic channels

Your Roles and Responsibilities :

The Organic Growth role is a very key role, reporting to the founders. The role requires deep problem solving, working with uncertainty and razor-sharp execution.

Imagine yourself as a growth expert who has a deep understanding of the business and the consumers. You will identify different organic growth channels one by one, do a product market fit and eventually scale up the growth channels and eventually get the day-to-day execution done by a team.

A typical journey in making an organic growth channel successful could be:

Channel identification :

- Deep research into the channel. This could be done internally through discussions with team members (if this is an internal focused channel or a pre-existing channel). It could also be done externally through online research, online courses, case studies of successful companies who have cracked the channel, calls with experts or consultants who understand the channel well.

- Launching an MVP to test the channel

- Building processes and systems to make the channel scalable

- Daily execution, data tracking and monitoring

The channels for growth could be very diverse such as SEO, YouTube content creation, School partnerships, Corporate Partnerships, Alliances, Quora and so on.

Key Skills to be successful in the role:

- Exceptional problem-solving ability

- Deep understanding of product and tech businesses

- Very strong data orientation

- High learning agility to understand new channels

- Exceptional execution and process building ability

What are we looking for?

- 7-10 years of experience in problem solving roles with at least 3-4 years of experience at a start-up / consumer internet business

- Experience with working on product and business-related roles in the past

- B.Tech or an MBA from a Tier 1 institute will be a plus

- Located in Gurgaon / South Delhi and willing to work from office

What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?

- A keen desire to bring growth for a fast-growing Series B funded startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up organic growth and shape it independently like a Founder
