Your Roles and Responsibilities:

The Growth Marketing Associate will be owning performance marketing initiatives for a channel for a country and deliver the required number of leads of a desirable quality at an optimum cost.

Responsibilities:

1) Performance Marketing:

- Run performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns

- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting

- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards

2) Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel :

- Design and A/B test landing pages

- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps

- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion

3) Data analytics and campaign optimization

- Create an analytics funnel to help analyse costs and optimize campaigns

4) Growth Hacking:

- Unlock new growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company

What are We Looking For?

- Must have 1-3 years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup

- Exceptional analytical abilities and a data first approach

- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable

- B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IITs/ IIMs / NITs) is a MUST have
