PlanetSpark - Associate Director - EduTech Sales (7-12 yrs)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
- 7 to 12 years of Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in a b2c Startup)
- Excellent leadership skills
Markets:
- Roles are available to operate in domestic or US/Canada (night shift). The location would be Gurgaon (work from home currently)
Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:
The Associate Director Sales will be a custodian for revenue generation in the team.
Revenue Generation:
- Deliver revenue by selling PlanetSpark live online classes and to set up a high performing sales team
- Lead a team of 70-90 b2c sales executives (counsellors)
Team Culture and Performance :
- Motivate, Lead & work with the team to achieve the revenue targets
- Build a high-performance culture
Sales Insights and Coaching :
- Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution
- Mentor and coach team members and help them achieve their numbers and career goals
