The Associate Director for Digital Marketing will be the sole custodian for all domestic and international performance marketing initiatives at the company. This is a high accountability and high impact role, working directly with the founders. The incumbent will lead the performance marketing team of marketing associates, designer(s) and work with SEO agencies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build from scratch
- MUST HAVE 6 to 10 years of experience in online growth for a consumer tech startup
- A highly analytical and brand mindset
Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:
Performance Marketing:
- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter across 5 different geographies
- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Run A/B tests to fine tune communication and targeting
- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards
Branding and Communications:
- Craft clear and consistent communication strategy for the company, in line with the brand promise
- Localize communication in various geographies
- Be the custodian of all marketing messaging across all channels
Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel:
- Design and A/B test landing pages
- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps
- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion
New Channels and Partnerships:
- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company
- Enter into new affiliate partnerships for growth
