Mission Statement

Help PlanetSpark scale to 10,000 teachers by June 2022

Roles and Responsibilities:

As the Associate Director for Teacher Supply, you will be leading a large high-performance team of over 50 associates and managers and help achieve the aggressive teacher scale-up plans. You will play a pivotal role in the growth journey of becoming the world's largest player in communication skills for kids.

Responsibilities:

- Be accountable for weekly targets of on-boarding 500 teachers

- Create weekly plans for BDMs and distribute targets

- Look at various channels for lead generation and increase the top of the funnel

- Build a positive work culture in the team and run incentive plans, reward and recognition programs and training and development programs

- Coach and mentor Business Development Managers to help them achieve their targets

- Work closely with the product team to improve processes and recommend product enhancements to enable scale and automation

What are We Looking For?

- 7 to 9 years of experience in business development at a consumer startup or a large consumer company with a high hustle culture

- Proven leadership experience and the ability to deliver targets in a weekly manner

- A very analytical and data driven mindset

- MBA from a Tier 1 bschool (old IIMs / XLRI / ISB / FMS)

- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week

- A keen desire to grow the business for a fast-growing Series B funded startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the teacher supply and shape it independently like a Founder
