PlanetSpark - Associate Director - Business Analysis/Strategy

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in a Series A startup and build everything from scratch

- MUST HAVE 7-10 years of prior experience in a data-focused role at a consumer internet or a consulting firm

- MUST HAVE excellent analytical abilities

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities/Mission Statement:

The Associate Director, Business Analysis & Strategy will be the sole custodian of the entire data management, reporting and analytics and will be the source of company-wide intelligence. The incumbent will play a critical role in building a world class Business analysis and Strategy team to gather business insights to drive operational and financial efficiency.

The responsibilities would include

Reporting and Analysis

1) Creating a robust Sales MIS

2) Tracking key metrics of the company

3) Reporting key metrics on a daily basis

4) Sales incentive and teacher payout calculation

5) Marketing Campaign analysis

Business Intelligence

1) Tracking and analysing large volume of consumer data related to customers and teachers

2) Developing intelligence from data from various sources

3) Working closely with sales, operations and marketing teams to build strategies

Investor Presentations

1) Create investor presentations on a monthly level

Ideal Candidate Profile -

- 7-10 years of experience in a data-intensive position at a consumer business or a tier 1 consulting firm

- Exceptional analytical ability
