PlanetSpark - Assistant Vice President - Retention/Renewals Strategy (7-10 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

- Prior consulting and business experience

- Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valued

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

The AVP, Retention and Renewals is a highly cross-functional role that combines sales, customer experience, marketing and strategy. The incumbent would be the sole custodian of ensuring the customers are retained and renew their subscriptions.

- Formulate the retention and renewals strategy

- Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.

- To deliver 2 Crore revenue month on month by setting up a high performing b2c sales renewals team Outcomes Expected

1. Retention Strategy

- Have a deep understanding of the product and customer journey and identify key levers to retention and renewals

- Conduct experiments to fine-tune the strategy and scale the initiatives that work

2. Deliver revenue month on month

- Generate renewal enrolments

- Distribute targets within team & be accountable for month on month /quarter on quarter target achievement

3. Set up & Lead a team of 25 b2c managers and executives (counselors) across Gurgaon

- Train & Lead 25 experienced managers and campus graduates and convert them into a high performing & winning b2c sales renewals team

- Motivate, Lead & work with the team to achieve the revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2-4 years of experience at a top consulting firm

- 2-4 years of business experience, ideally with a consumer tech company

- Highly analytical and problem-solving bent of mind

- A hands-on approach with a strong revenue and sales driven mindset

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder
