PlanetSpark - Assistant Vice President - Online Marketing

The AVP Online Marketing would be the sole custodian for all Online Marketing and Branding Initiatives for unlocking the growth levers for the company. This is a high accountability and high impact role, working directly with the founders.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build everything from scratch

- 6 to 10 years of experience in unlocking channels for online growth for a consumer tech startup is a must-have

- A brand mindset with excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

The Online Marketing will be the sole custodian for all domestic and international online growth initiatives at the company.

Performance Marketing:

- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns

- Run A/B tests to fine tune communication and targeting

- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards

New Channels and Partnerships:

- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company

- Enter into new affiliate partnerships for growth

Branding and Communications:

- Craft clear and consistent communication strategy for the company, in line with the brand promise

- Be the custodian of all marketing messaging across all channels

Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel:

- Design and A/B test landing pages

- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps

- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion
