Purpose of the position : Organising people and time resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion.

Job Description & Duties :

- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed.

- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.

- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.

- Supervise & direct IT personnel

- Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products

- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

- Competencies sought: Well versed in project planning & scheduling, critical thinker , expert in budgeting & risk management.

- Must have or optional (can be trained): Candidate must know how to plan & forecast & should have good industry knowledge.

- Zoho Projects/MS projects or any project management tool knowledge is mandatory

Work experience & skills :

- 10+ years experience in project management, especially larger projects with established firms.

- Must have proven leadership skills.

Academic Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree or Master degree in computer science or related field.

- PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus.
