Define the Role : 

- Own the marketplace P&L across all partners

- Own & create a playbook for first of its kind marketplace in India's fintech ecosystem

- Devise & execute strategy for making this Organisation the best fintech partner by leveraging technology

- Build & lead a diverse team to execute complex initiatives with cross functional dependencies across tech, business, operations, marketing, legal & finance

- Spearhead initiatives with business leaders at leading banks & financial institutions

Must have Skills : 

- Extracting output at velocity from teams across multiple workstreams.

Good to have skills : 

- Stakeholder alignment & conflict resolution - check for complex situations

- Structured problem solving

- Hiring a team

Persona : 

- Manager/Senior Manager level candidate

- MBA from Tier -1 college

- 3+years of experience pre-MBA

- Top Consulting Firms OR Fintech Organisations
