P&L Head - EPC and Infrastructure (Ed-Tech)

Vertical P&L Head - Mechanical

1. Responsibility - Build and operate a business of USD 10-20 Million

a. Define and build edtech products which are industry-relevant for upskilling of learners across multiple experience-categories (Students,0-3, 4-6 and 7-10)

b. Market and sell the products through the B2C, B2E and B2A Channels

c. Provide exceptional learning outcomes for learners and be responsible for customer success

d. Build and Manage high-performance talent

e. Manage the business financials - Growth, Investments & Profitability

2. Resources - Required manpower and capital will be provided to build the business

a. All the required functions for driving revenue and running the business will report directly to this position

i. Industry Domain Experts to help build the curriculum

ii. Sales & Marketing head to drive customer acquisition

iii. Technical Specialists for delivering the content

iv. Customer Experience and Customer Success teams will manage multiple touch points across the customer lifecycle to provide an exceptional learning experience on our platform

b. All Central functions will have representatives for your business to ensure agile response from central teams

i. Content Creation, Product/Technology, HR, Finance & Collections, B2A

3. Required Experience/Capabilities

a. Experience of 10-15 years, MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools with Engineering Background preferred

b. Should have worked with leading engineering companies in any of the sectors (Power, Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Roads etc.)

c. Consulting experience in dealing with EPC & Infrastructure client is preferrable

d. Excellent communication skills

e. Experience in building and managing high-performance teams
