PKC Advisory - Business Analyst/Consultant - CA/CFA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Key Responsibilities:

- Project planning, execution, and delivery of work for the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) arm of a KSA based diversified holding company

- Be responsible for specific components of the work including:

- Deal screening for VC/ early-stage investment opportunities

- Interact with management of prospects

- Maintain deal tracker and summarize call notes

- Due diligence on opportunities including assessment of market, management team, business model, unit economics, competitors, IP, technology, etc.

- Preparing investment memos

- Financial projections and valuations

- Keeping abreast of latest developments/ happenings in the VC space

- Prior experience in working at/ supporting a VC fund in assessing early-stage investment opportunities

Desired Attributes :

- Clear financial and quantitative concepts

- Strong logical and analytical abilities

- Good communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills

- Very strong Microsoft Excel financial modelling skills (the candidate will undergo an assessment as part of the interview process)

- Ready to align workweek with Client (Sun to Thu) if needed

- Open to travel overseas for extended periods (3-4 weeks) for client meetings and on-site execution

Qualifications:

- MBA from a premier institute/ CFA (USA)/ CA (ICAI)

Experience : Candidate with 2 - 6 years of post-qualification experience
