Pixis - Manager - Corporate Development

- Deal Origination & Pipeline Development:. Identify and assess strategic acquisition and investment opportunities.

- Develop strong relationships across the startup and VC ecosystem to build a healthy, relevant deal pipeline

- Due Diligence & Deal Execution:. Lead all aspects of due diligence - working cross-functionally with target teams and internal stakeholders

- Drive transaction execution: valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing

- Strategic & Financial Analysis:. Build financial models and conduct deep-dive market analyses to support M&A and business development initiatives

- Craft compelling investment memos and executive presentations for leadership and board stakeholders

- Work with external advisors including bankers, lawyers, and diligence partners to ensure smooth deal execution

- Oversee post-merger integration planning and execution, ensuring strategic and operational alignment

- 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity (preferably in technology or martech sectors)
