Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of 360- digital and social media campaigns across multiple clients and industries
- Act as the strategic partner and point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Guide internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
- Develop and present social-first strategies aligned with broader brand and business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and insights to drive ongoing optimization and innovation
- Manage account health, profitability, resource allocation, and team performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve
Required Skills & Experience:
- 11+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or integrated brand communications
- Proven success in leading large-scale, multi-platform campaigns with strong client facing experience
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc. ), trends, and analytics
- Expertise in building brand strategy, content planning, influencer marketing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring mid to junior-level talent
