As the Sr. Manager, you will be rapidly building and executing a strategy to establish partnerships as a key channel for customer acquisition for Pitstops growth. You will have the opportunity to work across the growth leadership, product, sales and marketing teams to drive this objective. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Drive brand awareness, user growth and incremental revenue through brand alliances Planning and executing multiple co-promotional and symbiotic marketing campaigns with partners across categories 2. Developing and managing affiliate marketing channels 3. Executing campaigns with Banks, payment wallets and Financial partners for revenue growth 4. Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects categorically and evaluating the benefits of association 5. Consistently work with partners for newer campaigns and scaling them for better conversion 6. Track, report and optimise the performance of partnerships on a daily/weekly basis, including issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them 7. Manage end-to-end partner relations including pitching, negotiation, contracts, execution, billing/invoicing, payment and tracking results 8. Be proactive about solving problems, takes on initiative and responsibilities as they emerge 9. Work closely with the product, design, marketing, and tech teams for implementation Requirements: 1. 5+ years of relevant experience in Alliances &amp; Partnership in growing B2C digital brands/startups 2. History of successfully developing performance/RoI based strategic partnerships 3. Strategic thinker who is able to develop compelling plans for new partner outreach &amp; initiatives 4. Excellent analytical, communication skills to handle ongoing negotiations with clients 5. Must be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction 6. Bachelors degree or MBA from from a tier-1 institute
