Pitstop - Product Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Own product planning, prioritisation and life-cycle management

2. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

3. Collaborate across diverse set of stakeholders across engineering, operations, customer support, to deliver on our business plan and mission

4. Drive engineering agility by enabling engineers to release & measure changes rapidly with quality

5. Analyse user needs, current business requirements, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

6. Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they- re successful achieved

7. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

8. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

9. Analyse industry and usage data to develop strategies, and define product objectives for effective product plans

Skills/Qualifications :

1. Strong experience in product management overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle and stakeholder management

2. Preferably previous software and web development experience

3. Keen sense of ownership, problem solving mindset, strategic thinking ability, ability to build trust with internal & external stakeholders.

4. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment

5. Strong user empathy and ability to identify user needs

6. Exceptional written and communication skills

7. Bachelor's degree in engineering/MBA from a tier-1 institute
