Pitstop - Chief Financial Officer - CA

Role: Finance Controller

Location: Bangalore

S/he will be responsible for the company's, providing leadership and coordination in financial reporting, financial planning and Analysis, Treasury management, accounting and compliances. S/he will be leading the finance function and shall be part of executive team working closely with the CEO and the founding team.

S/he should have prior experience in:

- Financial reporting & statutory compliance: Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly financial and management information reports including budget Vs actual. Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliance and timely, adequate controls and accurate book keeping. Ensure legal and licensing compliances with periodic scanning of business model.

- Taxation and audits: Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation. Liaise with external Auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials. Smoothly complete statutory and internal audits.

- Financial planning and Analysis: Prepare financial/operating plan for the company and tracking the KPIs against the plan. Preparing Monthly MIS and Investors reporting.

- Accounting and Inventory Controls: S/he should have good knowledge about accounting aspects and inventory management and controls.

- Diligence and Fund raising: Take responsibility for funding documentation, diligence and related financial coordination. Work with CEO on providing data for fund raising activities.

- Statutory Compliances: Compliances in the nature of Corporate law, GST, TDS, Labour laws, and related compliances should be well versed and should be comfortable in dealing with professional CA firms, Law firms, CS firms.

- S/he will define and execute a strong and ethical financial organization. And be known for his/her highest level of ethical practices

Experience: Chartered Accountant with minimum 8-10 years with at-least 3 years in a Controller role

- Candidates should have working knowledge on the operations of the market place model, accounting, and reconciliations with several payment gateways and marketplace partners.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
