Skills and Qualifications
- Experience 0 to 5 years experience in E-Commerce, Cataloging and Data Management from Tier 1 institute
- Any prior experience in Automobile Spares will be good to have
- People Management, with prior experience in handling a team of 2-5
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan and execute the same
- Effective Analytical and Communication skills
- Should be a team player, and an effective administrator
- Creativity & Initiative - demonstrate creativity & originality in work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
- Should have good command on MS- Excel, Google Spreadsheets & its functions
- Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform Root Cause Analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the catalog and its contents
- Constantly work on improving catalog quality and come up with innovative ideas.
- Work with category/product/technology teams to improve processes and reduce order discrepancies
- Work with category team and maintain specifications of each category/product
- Prioritizing, scheduling and assigning of catalog requests among teams to ensure quality output and meet productivity goals
- Monitor progress and manage escalations from internal/external stakeholders
- Interface with internal/external teams for various tasks on catalogs such as seller data quality control, catalog creation
- Ensure implementation of guidelines and standard SOPs
- Achieve targeted productivity levels/ SLAs for the team
- Manage health of the business by reviewing key metrics and business reports and represent cataloging function to broader audience
- Coordinate with IT teams for UAT for new catalog creation
- Finding innovative methods to have zero discrepancy & improving catalog utilization & penetration.
- Dashboard & Reporting of Catalog Accuracy and Completeness
