Piramal - Zonal Head - Collections - Legal Vertical (15-20 yrs)
We are looking to hire "Zonal Head - Collections Legal" role.
- Graduates or post graduates from an accredited Law institutes preferred
- 15-20 years of experience working within Legal function in Collections department of an HFC/NBFC/Bank
- Knowledge of laws relating to secured and unsecured lending / recovery.
- Experience in managing diverse teams
- Oversee implementation of relevant legal actions within the assigned zone in collaboration with the Collections team
- Ensure continual improvement of debt collection and recovery procedures
- Responsible for management of major stakeholders such as law enforcement agencies, legal vendors, lawyers for collection and recovery
- Display an in-depth understanding of various legal options against delinquent customers, complaints and other types of suits in Criminal/Civil Courts (against cases)
- Develop an understanding of the HFC/NBFC market and inculcate the best in class practices that align with the Company's overall vision
- Set productivity targets & monitor performance of the team and agencies of the mapped region
