Purpose of the Job: The role will be a part of the Piramal Finance wholesale asset management function. 1. Conducting regular site visits 2. Analyzing the costing and estimating balance cost to be incurred 3. Preparing Asset Management report Essential experience: 3-6 years of work experience with a reputed- Real-Estate developer/ Bank/ NBFC /Consulting firm with having 1. Experience in the planning and/or project monitoring functions either at the project site or the Head office and/or 3. Worked in conducting primary and secondary research within the real estate segment, followed by structuring and analyzing the gathered data. 3. Undertake financial analysis and demand estimation for the various projects and to prepare presentations and reports. Essential Qualification : 1. Civil Engineer 2. Additional qualification - MBA/PGD Construction Management (preferably from NICMAR)
