Hiring:

- Partner with BHRs for understanding critical open mandates and effective planning to ensure delivery. Coordination with various Department Heads or Hiring Managers for open mandates and understanding their requirements. Creating / Modifications of Job Descriptions, in case required.

- Conduct in-depth assessments of candidates to ascertain suitability of the role

- Periodically meet department heads / hiring managers to discuss challenges faced & progress so far and discuss way ahead to close open mandates. Advice the BHRs & Line Managers on talent pool availability in the market and periodically update the Hiring Managers on the skill gap availability and provide critical / valuable inputs in manpower planning and allocations.

- Salary offer negotiations and discussions. Should be able to interpret industry benchmark data / internal parity and make offer proposals.

- Create a talent pipeline for future requirements and undertake industry / competitors by mapping critical roles / functions and also provide Departmental heads / hiring manager's inputs for effective decision making.

- Effectively manage the internal vs external sourcing strategy and partner with external sourcing agencies for ensuring continuous flow of resumes to ensure that the mandates are closed within stipulated TAT and is cost efficient

- Evaluate and recommend empanelment of consultants and monitor their performance viz-a- viz company expectations and requirements

- Liaise with HR IT, Operations & BHR teams, to streamline & improve the current recruitment process and value add to BHR in closing open mandates

Process Excellence:

- Drive process metric adherence - Quality of Hire, TAT etc

- Track deliverables including development and analysis of metrics and dashboard's baseline.

- Subject matter expert and point person for the review, development and implementation of Resourcing policies

- Lead continuous improvement efforts and seek areas for efficiencies and effectiveness across Group resourcing and digitization

- Develop mechanisms within Online System to provide agreed metrics and reports in the form of scorecards and dashboards

- Partner with Taleo and HRMS team to improve reporting capability

- Ensure data alignment/reconciliation with SAP and headcount figures

- Establish tools to identify usage trends to build improvements and tackle key recurring issues

- Generate high quality insights for Global HR Leadership team of Piramal

Digitization:

- Call out the need for development of digitized solutions for resourcing i.e. apps, smart candidate experience, bridging technology with popular job boards like linkedin etc.

- Collaborate with communications and branding teams to ensure the platforms are well leveraged.
